With twelve years of experience living in Bali, Alison Gray has a reputation for being a person of high integrity.
After a successful forty-two years in Australia, Alison relocated to Bali in 2014 and has since built a thriving and legally registered foundation for animal welfare. From humble beginnings in a rented house to owning two (2) large sanctuaries built from the ground and four (4) refurbished houses she sourced through her extensive network, she has gained ample experience and knowledge in the construction and property industry.
Alison’s analytical mind and excellent communication skills allowed her to build two properties straight from her brain to the ground: one she lives in and the other for her animal shelter. Alison’s exceptional project management skills were instrumental in completing both builds, instilling confidence in her ability to handle contractors and ensure the best value for our clients.

Alison’s fluency in English and Indonesian is a significant advantage, ensuring all interactions are conducted with the utmost respect and honesty, leaving no room for misunderstanding for our clients.
She believes in open communication and expects the same in return, especially on delicate and large projects ranging from investment to holding and managing clients’ businesses. Alison’s target market is Australia, as she understands the many obstacles Australians face when delivering their dreams. She positions herself openly between Australia and Bali to help everyone achieve their goals without stress.
Alison is well known for being knowledgeable. She ensures she understands how to set up businesses, buy property in Bali, and, most importantly, learn tax and legal legislation. She is surrounded by two branches of agents: tax and legal consultancies. She trusts simplicity and can gain the direct answers she needs, thus allowing her to communicate transparently with clients.
Alison has a different motto than most when it comes to business. She believes in not overpromising and underdelivering but underpromising and managing clients’ expectations and overdelivering to achieve a lasting and trusting relationship between Right Consultancy and its clients.
